HIRING OUT
OF THE HALL

The prices for hiring the hall or conference rooms for short-term or long-term events are negotiated individually (hiring out of the hall = 1 500 to 3 000 CZK/hour + VAT).

The price usually includes electricity, lighting, water consumption, air-conditioning, the use of the inventory, dressing rooms with all their facilities, sewerage charges, refuse collection, common cleaning and maintenance of the areas you hired.

The tenant is responsible for the sale of tickets, stewarding, the doctor, the firemen and the final cleaning.

Sale of tickets in the premises of the hall:
- advance and direct sale at the reception desk of the hotel
- sale at the ticket offices one hour prior to the beginning of the event

Conference room in the private facilities of the hall
300 CZK/hour + VAT
Facilities: TV, video, and DVD are all included in the price
Projector (compatible with PC, video, DVD, etc.): 500 CZK/hour + VAT
